Bryana Alvarez PTa, IHP

Bryana fell in love with all things pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor care after having her first child. She quickly realized the significant gap in care and support that mothers receive, particularly after childbirth. This inspired her to advocate for proper care that should be the standard for women.

Bryana is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a Bachelor’s in Applied Arts and Science, with a minor in Human Resources. She is currently furthering her education with the aim of earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In addition to her physical therapy expertise, Bryana is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner.

Her own experiences with health challenges within her family led her to explore alternative healing methods, and she is passionate about taking a whole-body approach to wellness. She helps her patients identify the root causes of their health issues and guides them in rebalancing their bodies to achieve a healthy state. Her career brings her immense joy, especially when she sees her patients feel heard and make progress in their healing journey. Having known since the age of 16 that she wanted to be a therapist, Bryana has now been in the field for over 10 years.

Outside of work, Bryana is a devoted wife and mother to two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time at the beach or anywhere near water, playing outside with her kids, learning new things, and has recently developed a passion for reading. She looks forward to meeting you and working together on your healing journey.
