  • Men's pelvic floor therapy

Our men’s pelvic health therapy is designed to address a range of issues, including urinary incontinence, pelvic and genital pain, sexual dysfunction, and post surgical rehab. We are committed to creating a comfortable and supportive environment where you can openly share your concerns and receive the personalized care you need. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges men face, we provide targeted, compassionate care to help you regain control, improve function, and enhance your quality of life.

  • Orthopedic Therapy

We recognize that common orthopedic issues such as low back pain, tailbone pain, hip discomfort, etc. can often be closely linked to pelvic floor dysfunction. If you've been searching for answers and haven't found relief through traditional treatments, our specialized approach may be the missing link in your recovery. Our experienced therapists integrate advanced pelvic health techniques with traditional orthopedic care to address the root causes of your pain.

  • Fertility Treatment

We support individuals navigating fertility challenges, offering treatments to address pelvic floor dysfunction, scar tissue, and conditions like endometriosis or PCOS that may impact fertility. Our approach focuses on improving pelvic alignment, blood flow, and visceral mobility while calming the nervous system to create an optimal environment for conception. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy or seeking solutions for unexplained infertility, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your journey.

  • Pregnancy

We treat pregnant individuals experiencing pelvic girdle pain, round ligament pain, low back and SI pain, pubic symphysis pain, and other frequent difficulties. While these problems are common, they are often treatable. We can also help you build appropriate exercise habits and techniques during pregnancy and teach you strategies to prepare for the birth you desire.

  • BIRTH PREPARATION

Schedule a Birth Prep session to learn more about and get help to understand physiological birth. We will help you figure out your birth plan, find your birth team, educate on partner pain relief strategies, preparation for pushing techniques, and optimal positioning to protect you pelvic floor in labor.

  • POSTPARTUM

We help you heal and recover after birth– whether birth is vaginal or Cesarean, and whether it was a few weeks ago, six months ago, or twelve years ago. Challenges like incontinence - urinary or fecal, scar adhesions, diastasis rectus abdominis, vaginal heaviness, prolapse, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), painful penetration (vaginismus), and vulvodynia can occur after birth. Returning to exercise can be intimidating. An individualized treatment program can optimize pelvic health and prevent problems in the future.

  • Dry needling & Cupping

Dry needling is a versatile treatment option that can address musculoskeletal pain, scar tissue restrictions, menstrual pain, nervous system dysregulation, headaches, migraines, and more. These techniques can improve whole body movement and decrease pain.

  • Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that supports healing and recovery by reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and promoting cellular regeneration. It’s commonly used for pain relief, skin rejuvenation, wound healing, and managing chronic conditions.
