Tabitha Castillo PT, DPT, CLT

Tabitha’s passion for pelvic floor therapy was ignited after witnessing the challenges her close friends and family faced during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. She recognized the critical need to support women going through similar struggles. Her dedication deepened after taking a continuing education course, where she learned how to address not only the physical changes but also the mental challenges that pelvic floor issues can cause, ultimately improving the quality of life for her patients.

Tabitha earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Health San Antonio. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and has completed specialized postgraduate training through Herman and Wallace in both Female & Male Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her family, particularly having dance parties with her nieces. She is an avid reader with a love for fantasy, romance, and science fiction novels. Tabitha also has a spoiled Maine Coon cat named Matcha. She is passionate about staying active through weightlifting, walking, and practicing yoga, with a personal goal of completing a triathlon.
