Melissa Huber OTR, MOT

Melissa is deeply passionate about pelvic floor therapy because it integrates a biopsychosocial approach to patient care. With a personal history of chronic pain, she is committed to ensuring that her patients feel validated and heard, regardless of their diagnosis.

Melissa earned her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Occupational Therapy from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and went on to complete her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Her post professional training includes education for an integrated approach to chronic pain management, pelvic floor rehabilitation, myofascial release therapy, and holistic nutrition management for various conditions. Her professional background includes experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, home health, and a hospital-based nursing facility.

Outside of work, Melissa is a dedicated mom, wife, and follower of Christ. She enjoys reading, continuous learning, and is a connoisseur of baking cinnamon rolls.
