Transparent Therapy Pricing

Cash-based therapy services mean than we do not take insurance. We can provide a “superbill” at request. A Superbill is a receipt of services with proper coding for you to submit to your insurance as a claim for potential reimbursement.

  • More 1-on-1 time with you! That means we can listen to your concerns and treat more medically complex cases and fix the root cause rather than just treating symptoms.

  • We get to treat you as a whole person - not just one part at a time.

  • We get to work as a team with you rather than create dependency.

  • We utilize fewer visits! Self pay pricing can be the same or more expensive with insurance providers.

  • ​Shorter waitlists for therapy- being a small business, if we are booked out for 4-6 weeks, we can ​put you on a waitlist and GUARANTEE a call back.

  • Your insurance company may reimburse with our provided superbills

Pricing

Initial Evaluation | $250

This appointment includes a 75-90 minute evaluation 1:1 with your therapist. The evaluation includes a comprehensive functional assessment, treatment, and an individualized home program.

Follow up Treatment | $187

This includes a 45-60 minute 1:1 treatment session as determined by your evaluation.

Please note we do have follow up visit packages at discounted rates!

Please keep in mind when booking online, we require 48 hours cancellation notice in order
to provide all clients an opportunity to schedule. In order to continue to provide one-on-one hourly sessions at competitive rates, there is a no-call no-show and cancellations without 48 hours’ notice charge that is typically assessed at the full cost of the visit.
